Planner
Change the example inputs to match your business. Your entries stay in this browser; they are not sent to us.
Illustrative inputs are not industry benchmarks. These tools do not audit accounts, send messages or deploy services. Review every output before using it.
Start with something that happened
A customer question is a better starting point than an empty posting calendar. What did someone need to know before they agreed to the work? What surprised them? What explanation saved a second phone call?
Write down the actual answer and what supports it. A photo, a process note or a measured observation is useful. If there is nothing to support a claim, the brief should flag that gap rather than invent a result.
Give each piece a different job
The planner creates four briefs: a direct answer, a project walkthrough, a short video and an FAQ update. They come from the same source material, but each serves a different reader need.
The direct answer helps someone decide. The walkthrough explains the work. The video shows a detail that is easier to see than describe. The FAQ belongs where the question arises. Copying the same paragraph four times is not a content strategy.
Collect the evidence before polishing the words
Ask for permission before identifying a customer or showing their property. Remove personal details from screenshots. Keep the original numbers and context available if you plan to describe a result.
You can write anonymously without making up a composite customer. Explain what you know and what you cannot show. A truthful process example can be useful without a glowing testimonial attached.
Make it easy to use again
Keep the question, source material, approval status and published URL together. When the service changes, you can find the answer that needs updating.
AI can help arrange notes or suggest an outline. It should not supply the experience you did not have. Before publishing, read the piece as an owner with a real question: did it help, or did it just take up space?
Common questions
Will this write a finished article?
It produces briefs and source checks. You still supply the actual facts and review the final material.
What if I have no customer permission?
Use a general explanation of your process and leave identifying details out. Do not publish private information to make the story feel specific.
