Illustrative inputs are not industry benchmarks. These tools do not audit accounts, send messages or deploy services. Review every output before using it.

Check the basics before adding more pages

Start with the real business name, contact details and service area. Check for an existing profile before creating another. If you are unsure whether the business is eligible for a Google Business Profile, resolve that first. A virtual office or a made-up location is not a shortcut.

This planner uses your answers. It does not log into Google, inspect your website or issue an SEO score. “Needs checking” is a useful answer when it turns uncertainty into a concrete task.

Work in a sensible order

A service page cannot help much if the inquiry form fails. A review link cannot help if it points to the wrong office. The planner puts identity, access and measurement ahead of a bigger publishing schedule.

The four-week output includes a time budget. If you have only an hour, use it on the first unresolved task rather than half-finishing everything. Carry unfinished work forward instead of rushing it into public view.

Make the page useful to a customer

Explain the service, coverage, process and questions that come up before someone buys. Use actual photos or examples where you have permission. Local relevance comes from useful business information, not repeating a town name in every sentence.

A separate city page needs its own reason to exist. Real coverage details, a specific project or a genuinely different customer question can supply that reason. A copied page with a new city heading does not.

Measure inquiries alongside visibility

Keep a dated baseline of available Search Console data, profile information and inquiries. Review what you changed and what happened. New pages may take time to be discovered, and visibility is not guaranteed.

Google describes relevance, distance and prominence as local ranking factors. You can improve the business information and experience you control; you cannot choose where the searcher stands.

Common questions

Will this get me into the top three?

No. It gives you an ordered work plan, not a ranking promise.

Do I need special LLM files?

Google does not require AI-specific text files for visibility. Put accurate, useful information in the pages people actually read.
